Lactation cookies and other lactation support products from Yummy Mummy Food Company can be shipped to virtually any address in the world. 

We ship orders daily from Australia via Australia Post's Express Courier Service which usually takes between 7-14 business days between shipping and delivery to you. Shipping costs are calculated depending on your location in the checkout.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Sometimes shipping calculators for heavier items can be inaccurate. If you feel the shipping quote provided during the order process isn't correct, please email info@yummymummyfood.com.au and we're always happy to help work this out for you.

Returns Policy

While we are confident our products will help you through their nutritious ingredients, success rates of any product can vary from person to person. Therefore we can only offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our product's quality.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the quality of our products or how they have arrived to you within the first 30 days of your purchase we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product for you, no questions asked!

Simply return the used and empty packaging or unused portion of damaged product within 30 days of date of purchase to the Yummy Mummy Food Company and a refund of the full cost of the product(s) will be given. Please note we can only refund product or empty packaging of product that is sent back.

As much as we hope our products work the same for absolutely everybody, no two people are ever exactly the same in how they might respond to the ingredients and taste can vary from person to person, therefore we are able to only refund based on quality of products or packaging.
Please also note, it can take up to two weeks for the ingredients in our products to have a full effect and we usually recommend consuming 2-3 serves of any lactation support product per day for the first few days to a week and then once changes are noticed often 1 serve per day can suffice.

Please contact us first and we will send you our return address and help in any way.

We will refund your purchase price and any taxes paid, but we are not able to refund shipping fees.

Refunds and exchanges will take up to 14 days to process and will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, so please feel free to contact us with any questions about sale items before making your purchase.
