Healthy Christmas Treats for Breastfeeding Mums - Recipe using Yummy Mummy Food Company's Lactation Support Products

'Tis the season and we're excited to share this very healthy and milk-boosting spin on Chocolate Christmas Puddings this year, with this recipe for healthy Christmas treats that are quick and easy to whip up and great for all those end of year, pre-Christmas mother's group catch-ups...or any catch-up actually!

Containing all the overall health and milk-boosting benefits of ingredients like all organic oatmeal, linseed meal, sunflower meal, raw cacao and coconut oil, these little balls of pudding goodness taste so great that no one would even guess they are packed full of so many amazing whole health ingredients!

Simply make these little beauties up using the recipe below from the back of your packet of Yummy Mummy Food Company Boost Ball mix, add your melted white chocolate of choice (we love the Sweet William brand if you're looking for a dairy-free, vegan white choc) and top with a cheeky little glazed cherry and these babies will sit pretty on any festive platter!

    INGREDIENTS:

    Raw Chocolate Pudding Balls

    Festive Topping

    RECIPE:

    • Combine all raw chocolate pudding ball ingredients & blitz with a food processor or thermo-cooker blender until well combined.
    • Roll large spoonfuls of mixture into 20 separate balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
    • Melt white chocolate in microwave on low heat for 60 seconds, stir until smooth.
    • Dollop white chocolate over each ball.
    • Top each ball with a half a red or green glazed cherry.
    • Refrigerate approx 1 hour until both balls and chocolate topping have set.

** Recipe makes approximately 20 Chocolate Pudding Balls which can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (if they last that long - they won't guaranteed!!)
